Received an cancelation request email when I never request one.
I received 2 emails over the last 2 days about a cancelation request even though I never request one don't know if this was an error or something I should look in to I don't want my service to be canceled.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

This has happened to me THREE times, all with different names. I then get a box with equipment the next day. Google the names and they are not legit people. Went to the store, they looked up the names and saw that they in fact were trying to start an account. I then get calls from a fake xfinity phone # [Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"], likely trying to sucker me into giving them personal information. It's extremely annoying and inconvenient. Supposedly X put a lock on the account now so no one can make changes so we shall see. It is straight up fraud, not an accident by some innocent person who mistakenly put the wrong address.
