Rebate Check Reissue

I still haven't had luck resolving an issue with a trade in check that was made in the wrong name. It was issued in my prior name before divorce. I need the check reissued so that I can cash it. This has been such a horrible process to try to get anyone who can actually help. It has been 9 months of phone calls and transfers. There have been case tickets opened and closed without being resolved. HELP why is this so hard?

Still no one has been able to resolve this for me. I've even had someone lie and say they were going to give a credit just to end the call. The phone number that is in my support ticket to call has nothing to do with a rebate check and getting the correct check sent out. 09/25/24 and still no resolution. Something is really wrong with this.

Success! The message was sent to an Xfinity Mobile Escalation caseworker who called me and was going to forward a message to Assurant to reissue a check. Instead she credited my account, which was much easier than waiting for a check.
