Re my acceptance to ebb program may 12

I have had made several calls to the xfinity ebb program also giving my application acceptance code they assure me it’s escalated as they can’t seem to find it on national verifier I’m reading the email from national verifier with qualified and the application number on it . Too many calls to ebb program thru xfinity to be told no worries you won’t have to call again . Today same email we can’t find your application?? I would gladly forward it to xfinity but no email address to send it to . Seems they don’t want to give the discount to qualified people .
