RE: Email received from Comcast Xfinity

Email saying we haven't received your payment..........

Our check was mailed on Jan. 19 (2 weeks ago).  Check #[Edited: "Personal Information"] for $233.10.  Not sure if the horrid weather has impacted US mail delivery or not.

I respectfully ask for your patience regarding the mail delivery and to waive any extra charges due to our good customer standing.

user_3cx5gq, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I completely understand your concerns. There is definitely the possibility of a shipment delay if you've mailed your payment. Do you have any confirmation (do not provide that here) such as a reciept with tracking information to be able to verify the tracking information?
