As usual, my monthly plan creeped up into a ridiculous amount, call in to rectify, reset plan, assured nothing would change, now MAX is gone.. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Keep chatting and calling  took XFINITY  six months to resolve a billing error after I asked for a discount.  Trust me it alot of your time but do not break XFINITY  except you tongive up and move on. Fight for what is right.
