Rates about to substantially increase

I’m currently paying $120 per month for Gigabit Extra, and my promotional discounts are about to expire. I see that Xfinity is currently offering Gig service in the 30030 area at a substantially lower new customer price, with a multi-year price guarantee.

I’ve been an Xfinity customer since 2021 and would prefer to remain with Xfinity, but I’m not willing to continue paying such a large premium over the price being offered to new customers. I’d like my account moved to the current new customer Gig offer, including the same equipment, data terms, and price guarantee.

Can you please review my account and apply that offer?
