Random charges

My account says I haven’t been charged since May which is when I canceled cause they raised my charges super high randomly. I asked them to remove my card from file.  My bank statements are showing that I’m getting charged $50 a month STILL. But it’s not showing on my xfinity account?

@user_au4y7a Are you seeing a charge from Comcast Corp. on your bank statement for the $50 or is the $50 being listed as something else?

user_au4y7a We can take a look to make sure if these are being sent from us and the reason if so. Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and the address where you had the service at? 
 
  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
