Random charge

So frustrated to have unexpected charges from Comcast and unable to get help or receive a statement! Might as well cancel my internet now before more show up!

user_bjb7ok Thanks so much for reaching out to us here with your questions! You can find your most recent billing statement by logging into the Xfintiy app, selecting the Account tab, then select the Bill Details option from below the Make a Payment button, from there just click Current Statement. If you need to see previous statments the Statement History option should allow you to review statments for the past 12 months. If you have any questions about the charges on your statement please reach out privately, so we can cover the details of your account. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.

See the problem with this is you guys told me y’all don’t see anything and don’t know anything about the charge labeled Comcast! So pointless. I’ll just change service since it’s okay for you to just charge people without a statement and overdraft their account!

user_bjb7ok I would be happy to review your statement with you, you would just need to start by sending us a private message. I know I would be frustrated if I was billed without being sent a statement, if viewing your statement online or through the app is not convenient, you can find instructions for turning off paperless billing here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/signing-up-for-paperless-billing. Please note that if you are currently receiving a discount on your monthly bill for being enrolled in paperless billing and automatic payments, turning off paperless billing would cancel that discount.
