Random charge, awful customer service
Got charged a random 35$ out of nowhere. Statement won’t even load and every time I call to speak to an agent I get hung up on. What a joke. Honestly my only question is how does anyone put up with this customer service? Truly ridiculous lol. Cant wait to switch

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
