Random bill have not had service in 4 plus years
Hi, we moved out of xfinity area 4 plus years ago. When I cancelled the service I was told there was no fee. I returned everything than via ups and I checked to confirm that way back when. I randomly have an email saying that my form of payment was declined for a bill. I’m so confused. [Edited: Personal Information].

When evaluating emails like this, it's important to check the header information(who sent it and from what email) to determine if this is an accurate communication. It is possible it can be a malicious email, and in those cases, we ask you to report these to our Comcast Customer Security Assurance Team.

When reporting phishing emails, it is critical that you send us the email headers. Please do not forward the phishing email. Forwarding the email will remove the original headers.
Report phishing email sent to or from a Comcast.net email account
Once you have copied the full message headers from the spam message, paste the header and the message into an email and send it to abuse@comcast.net with the subject line "Phishing email."
