Raising rates
Comcast has continued raising my bill past the acceptable rate and am seriously considering leaving. How many other are completating the same thing? Their DVR's are barely working half the time and have to be rebooted. Not sure why they thing their service is worth over 200 a month and they can raise rates without notice.
