Raising my rates for no reason
I get it things cost more, but my issue that your service is still subpar. That being said you look so weak spreading out my price increase over 6-7 line items. Two dollars more a month for my tx boxes, how do you justify that? Here's one for you, how about an additional $1.24 in franchise fee's. Your letter said cost would go up, it never said how cheap of a company you are to spread them out so it doesn't look as bad. It took me 10 minutes to download my bill, great look for a internet company to have issues with their website

@user_ip9b8b Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We know that price increases are almost always unexpected, but we are doing our best to provide you with the best possible services that we can. We would recommend going here (https://www.xfinity.com/pricechange#faq) to view the bill changes that have taken place. The main reason is that programming costs are driving prices up not only for us but for all providers. Please review the link that we provided you and if you still have any questions, please let us know. Also, regarding your connectivity concerns, is that something you experience often? We may need to bring you into a DM if this happens to you all the time. If you have not already done so, we would suggest pulling the power cable out of your modem for a few minutes and then plug it back in to see if your connectivity improves.

Why is it that after more than 35+ years in service to Phila pa & surrounding area's we are still being billed for regulatory recovery cost, franchise fee & cost of over $11. This is your choice to operate this type of business but we the consumer continue to pay for higher & higher monthly charges along with never ending regulatory & franchise cost & fees? I know it my not seem to you that $11+ is much put for the millions of subscribers over all these decades this total must be astronomical. But still we continue to be charged.
