raised rates and never notified me

Comcast has just been caught in a gigantic lie. They claim the notified me of an increase and they have not. No email of notification. Only my monthly email bill reminders and the security breach. I understand for increases but LIEING that you told me is unacceptable and can be reported to the state. It is against the law not to notify me by email when it is paperless billing on autopay. Contact your lawyers because you are in trouble if I report this.
