Quoted adjustment but not yet processed

I am writing regarding my cancelled Xfinity Mobile service and an incorrect past due balance currently reflected on my account. I've experienced so many issues with exfinity services. First with the cable service... which i then gave up on and canceled  then, I've been dealing with my cell phone connection issues and the pending unprocessed insurance claim entered in June 2026 (which I've been paying for since June 2020). My phone stopped working properly and i could not get help with my claim from Assurant Inc or Xfinity through September and October.  I got really fedup with the lack of support and bad service.

My service was cancelled effective September 12th, at which time customer support advised me that my final bill would be pro-rated for the 12 days of actual service used and that I should disregard the full monthly bill generated through October 2nd.

However, rather than adjusting the account to the pro-rated amount, the balance was subsequently increased, and I recently received a notice stating that my service has been disconnected with a balance of $21.84 subject to collection proceedings. Furthermore, account credits promised to me for recurring service issues dating back to May 2026 have not yet been applied to my account.

Please review my account details, apply the missing service credits, and adjust my final bill to reflect only the pro-rated charge for the 12 days of service prior to my September 12th cancellation. Once these corrections are made, please send an updated final statement showing the revised balance.

I'm tired of calling and calling and tickets getting entered to resolve this issue with no results.

Thank you for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
