Greetings, @user_50e24b! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with our quick pay site, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Our billing systems are refreshed on a daily basis during the overnight hours. This process usually starts at 1:00 AM PST (4:00 AM EST), and lasts about an hour. If you were trying to make a payment during that window, you may have gotten an error like you one you described. The system is back up at full capacity now, however. Can you please try it one more time, and let me know if you are still getting the same errors?

I've been having the same issue for the past few months. I use the Quick Bill Pay feature to pay my son's bill; I've done this for years, no problem. Lately, every time I try to use this function, I'm told I have to log in to verify that I'm him. The Quick Bill Pay page specifically says that we can use this feature TO PAY A BILL ON SOMEONE ELSE'S BEHALF. Yet, you want me to "prove" that I'm that other person???? You realize that this is insane, right? Then when I get his login information and log in, I still CAN'T PAY THE BILL because it says the information failed to load. Oh, and every time I click on anything once I've logged in, I'm asked to log in again. This has been going on for months. I realize that Comcast uses regulatory capture and its monopoly status to treat customers like dog poo, but why on earth are you making it so difficult for us to give you money???? Don't you want to get paid?
