Question Regarding Unlimited Data and how much data usage per device.

I have two questions to ask:

  1. If I am on an unlimited data plan, why am I getting messages that I am almost out of data?  My data usage page shows I am limited to 1.2TB of data, but my plan indicates that I have unlimited data plan.  If I'm not getting unlimited data - why am I being charged extra for it?  I think you owe me a refund if this is the case.
  2. Is there a way to determine how much data is being used by each of my devices - so I can turn off the device that is draining my usage and see why my data usage has basically tripled within the past year.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @willokeays. There is not an option to check on individual devices and their data usage, the Xfinity app will show your total data usage. I can look further into that issue with unlimited data from here if you could send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
