Question on my bill

I just got off the phone with Sheila absolutely the most rude evasive person I have ever spoke to.

This woman did not listen her Only mission was to make a sale. 

I repeated over and over and over the questions on my bill.

Before I just hung up on this crazy rude lady she pushed and pushed and pushed to change plans. With her being very hard to understand she offered a "free" offer to streamline tv, having to shut her up and repeatedly have to stop her I found out I was going to get charged after 2 years for her "Free" offer. 

Being fully disgusted and insulted with the time she killed and constant speaking over me she just kept on going I hung up on her.

Again Xfinity STILL HAS THE GROSSEST CUSTOMER service, clearly my time or money didn't matter to this employee. 

No business was taken care of or solution.
