question in regards to plan type

I used to be on the plan that was cheaper then what im on now Im trying to make a payment however i wwant to see did the plan i was on discontinue? I still receive state benifits was this plan discontinued?

I was on the plan for low income families for internet only for I think is was around 10-12 dollars a month

Aaah @user_0922245 , gotcha! It sounds like you were using our Internet Essentials plan. That service does have a dedicated team that helps to provide support. There is traditionally no ending for that service, it is a fixed program that once it is in motion basically keeps going unless you disconnect the service. Does Internet Essentials sound familar?

yes that does sound correct some how my plan changed and I can provide the needed information if this plan is still available so I can possibly go back to that as I don't know how it changed Can you please let me know how to proceed.
