Thanks for reaching out to us, Netflix standard is included with the Xfinity stream saver, if you have an additional charge for Netflix, that sounds like you're doing the premium upgrade.

If you log into your account, go to billing and pull up the detailed billing statement and go to page 4; it will show you everything you're being billed for under your package plan

OK i reported this online before & in the store, I haven't placed the order.
i can't get into Netflix at all without them wanting a payment

With the Xfinity stream saver bundle that includes Netflix when you log into Netflix, you're to use your Xfinity ID and password. Clarify are you using your Xfinity credentials to log into your Netflix account?
