No

in November xfinity increased my bill by $25 which they said will repeat yearly. Isn’t there a limit on this increase? When will it end? They did it last year and I thought that was the end of it.  When will it end?

@user_zc65jx Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We understand how important it is to maintain the services you love, while staying within your budget. I would be more than happy to take a look at the account and see what has changed on your bill. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

If you're not in a contract chances are your bill will increase every year, but also realize that fees, taxes, and surcharges can increase at any time; only your basic plan will stay the same for the duration of your contract.
