Prorated Cancellation charges

I reached out through the forum and got my Xfinity plan cancelled on March 11th. I even have emails confirming the cancellation request & final date of service.

i called Xfinity today (which was a whole nother mess. In the middle of chatting with an agent, it said the phone number was disconnected and no longer in service. Then, automated voices speaking over a live agent. A mess). The agent said the cancellation request which was confirmed through email, was CANCELLED. No idea why, as I did not approve of this + I did not get a follow up email that services were starting up again???

I got charged my full bill on March 11th of $73. My service ended on March 11th.

does Xfinity bill a month in advance? Should I be getting this entire amount refunded? Not to mention, the April bill is still popping up as to be paid.

I also keep getting an error everytime I try to add tags, and it deleted my post.

Thank you for reaching back out to us user_56ku1m! This is far from the experience we want you to have! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
