Pro-rated Bill?

I've been experiencing regular Internet service issues over the past few weeks. It's our possible to adjust bill so I'm not paying for the hours and days that my Internet was unavailable?

I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your internet. We'd love the opportunity to make the right for you. I do have a few quick questions. When your internet goes down, are you seeing that it is an area issue in the Xfinity app or does it just affect your service? Do you get any notifications of work being done in the area? Also, are you still having days where you can't access the internet?

Thanks so much, Tony! I am getting lots of text messages about outages and work being done to improve speeds in the area. These have been happening for about two weeks, off and on. Often during work time when I'm remote, too. I am also getting messages about getting a technician to come, which I will, but most lately are bc of general work being done in the area. Thanks!
