Prorated bill after canceling service?
I canceled my internet and TV after 1 day into the new cycle. Will I receive a credit for the 29 days I couldn't use the service? My current bill--generated before I canceled--says I owe $209 and is due on July 25th.

Hi @user_63920a. That is a great question in regard to how much you owe. Our bills are sent out a month ahead and does not reflect any changes that happened during the billing cycle. If you cancelled that service 1 days into your cycle, you will receive a credit for any unused service. The credit can take up to 30 days to show on your account and your next bill may be a little different.
