Promotions Ending
I signed up with Xfinity and have been happy. It has been autopay and forget and just enjoy the service. I recently received a text message stating my promotion will end soon and to act soon to check promotions. I never thought I was on any discounted rates except for autopay and paperless billing. Upon looking at a download of our statement there was a 24 month promotional discount that will end on 31 July 2025. :( I was under the impression that our 80 dollar bill was what the going rate is for the service, at least as it was explained to me on the phone and made us switch from the previous provider. If you could please get back in touch with me soon to see if there is anything we can do to keep our rate with the service we are getting. I prefer talking direct via phone, but I hate going through a million voice prompts. So decided to post and see how support can help in this matter.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
