Promotional rate available again?
Hi! I’ve been an Xfinity customer for many years, and my promotional rate recently expired, increasing my monthly bill from $61.55 to $95.71.
I’ve been happy with Xfinity and would prefer to continue my service, but this is a significant increase in my monthly cost. I’d like to ask if there are any promotional rates or loyalty offers available for existing customers that could bring my bill closer to my previous rate.
I’m seeing offers from other providers for around $50/month for new customers, so if there aren’t any competitive promotions available, I may need to consider switching providers.
Could you please check what promotions or discounts are currently available for my account? Thank you!
