Promotional Packages for Existing Customers

Hello.  Earlier this year, my Triple Play package came to the end of its 2-year contract, and the discount went away.  Around the same time, package prices were increased, resulting in a difference of almost $40 per month.  So I had previously got in contact with agents here to inquire about promotional packages for existing customers.  Unfortunately, there weren't any promotions at the time, and "switching" to the new package configurations would've actually resulted in a net increase of a few dollars.  I was told that promotions change over time, and to check back in a few months.  I tried using the Services section of My Account, but a message appeared stating I need to contact Customer Service.  So I figured I'd start here to see if there's anything available for existing customers.  Thank you.

as a current customer of xfinity home security, I wanted to switch back to tv and internet and was offered no discount at all. The reason I left tv and internet in the first place after 20+ years with XFINITY was because one day the discounts went away and they would not give me any discounts. after 3 phone calls I am told I get nothing off. do you all not want my business at all?? I moved tv and internet 2 years ago to AT&T and wanted to come back, but you have no interest apparently. Any advice? should I move my security business elsewhere as well?
