Promotional discount missing

I recently (4 months ago) upgraded my service to the 900 mbps tier from 600 mbps. I crunched the numbers and found it to be a better deal (as well as faster). Part of the listed benefits of the upgrade was an eligibility for an additional $20 off my internet bill if I added a new mobile line within 90 days. I went ahead and added a new mobile line 1-2 days after the speed upgrade. I haven’t seen any mention of the promised promotional discount on any of my bills yet. A total of about 4 billing cycles have passed since the changes. When should I expect the discount to kick in?
