Promotional Discount Expiring

Good morning, I was looking at my Xfinity bill and it says that my 30.00 promotional discount is going to be expiring. I have been a platinum customer for many years, matter of fact my account has the original Comcast/Xfinity Triple Play - when I first signed up for Xfinity my bill was 129.00 - without making any changes to my plan is has ballooned to over 200.00/month, going up again another 30.00 next month. I am hoping you can assist me. While I don't want to switch providers, I don't know if I can justify paying 250.00/ month for Xfinity. Please help. I tried calling customer service, but I was on for over an hour and kept getting bounced around through automation - and then disconnected.
