Promotional Debit Card Refund
So I issued a refund from Amazon to a debit card I got in the mail from xfinity, how long does this take to process and is it even possible, if not where does the money go?

THAT is a really great question, @user_20d80f . As I have worked with a Credit card processing company before, it does depend on the gift cards rules ultimately. If the card does allow for refunds, it can take 2-4 weeks to see the refund credited back onto a gift card (usually a lot sooner though). I would call the 800 number on the gift card and inquire to get a better accuracy of what to expect. If they state that a refund cannot be provided to the card, I would then reach out to Amazon or that vendor to see how they can work with you.
