Promotional deals for long term customers?
Is there any option for long term customers to get the promotional deals offered to new customers?
My promotional deal has expired a while ago and shopping around, the promo deals are competitive with Verizon and local Fiber, but my current price is way too high.
There is one small discount available to me, but when not logged in, my address shows some great deals with 5 year price locks.
I have been happy with Xfinity service, but want to upgrade to a new plan, but don't want to be ripped off just for being a long term customer.
