Promotional Billing Issue
I reached out to Xfinity via chat on 02/12 and asked about lowering my bill. I was offered a promotional plan that included 150 channels, unlimited data plan with device rental for internet and a mobile plan with iPad for $155 per month if I added the mobile plan. I confirmed with the agent multiple times if they were sure that all of this was included for only $155, even taxes and fees. They told me yes. I activated the mobile plan on 02/15. I checked my bill today and it was $186 for internet and tv and the mobile bill isn’t ready yet but projected to be around $65. I went back on chat on 02/19 to ask about this and the agent informed me that the promotion was not originally added to my account and that they were adding it and I’d see a reduction in my bill the next day. Today 02/20 I checked and the bill had not changed. I went back on chat again and was dropped 4 times by 4 different agents so I finally called. When I called I was transferred 3 times and finally someone helped me reduce this months tv and internet bill down to $155 however they did not see any promotion on my account either. The mobile bill still shows $65. I want to make sure that moving forward that both my internet/TV and mobile bill do not exceed a total of $155 per month as promised by the person who offered me this promotion. Good evening, user_l7xjne! Thank you for letting us know that your bill doesn't look correct for all of your services. We are happy to further help. With some of our Xfinity Mobile promotions, it can take 1-2 billing cycles to apply to your account. We will get this figured out together!
