Promotion Price ending has more than doubled monthly bill

Hello, I saw my monthly bill more than double due to a promotional price ending. I am reaching out to see if an extension of the promotion is possible or an equivalent. Such a drastic increase is far too much to keep up with.

Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.
