Promotion expires next month
We’re currently paying $50/month for 1.2gbps down/200mbps up and our promotion expires at the end of August. I’ve been told that our bill is going up to between $115-$130, so more than double.
I’ve been told by multiple agents through chat and Reddit that there are no deals for us, so I’m prepared to jump ship to either CenturyLink or Verizon 5G Home Internet unless we can keep speed and price at/around what we’re paying.
Please help!

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
