Promotion expired, need new one

My cable bill just went up again so it seems my promotional period has run out. Can someone please help me with a new one? $184 is a little tough right now. Thanks.

I'm actually happy with my service, especially since we got Investigation Discovery back, but literally nothing has changed equipment or channel wise between when I was paying $130 a month and the now $184 bill. I'm on a fixed income and my other half got her hours cut to a fraction of what they were so some help would be greatly appreciated.
