Promotion ending soon — request for available internet offers

Hello,

My current internet promotional discount is scheduled to end on August 11, 2026. I currently have an internet-only plan with speeds up to 300 Mbps and pay $40 per month, including the automatic payment and paperless billing discount.

I would like to check whether there are any available promotions or loyalty offers for my account before the current discount expires. I am open to keeping my current 300 Mbps plan or switching to a lower-speed internet-only plan if that would provide a better monthly rate. If possible, I would also prefer a longer-term promotional rate rather than having to request a new promotion every year.

Please let me know the available options, including the full monthly price, promotional term, any contract requirement, and whether unlimited data would remain included.

How to send us a direct message: 

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary. 
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon. 
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support." 
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. 
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. 
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. 
  8. Press Enter to send it.
