Promotion ended prematurely when I upgraded
My bill last month said I was enjoying a $55/mo promotion that would expire June 2026. Yesterday, I upgraded my television plan. Then I received my new bill. Not only did the rate go up for the higher plan (as expected), the $55/mo promotion was also gone (as very unexpected). There was no notice that the promo would end.
After spending 2-1/2 hours chatting online with support, I am told there is nothing that can be done ... I cannot even undo the change and go back to the old plan and promo. Does this sound accurate? Thank you.
