Promotion ended never fixed Bill

I was on a Internet promotion since starting service over 2yrs ago. In October the bill went from 80.00 to 150.00 a month. I contacted Xfinity immediately to fix this issue I was assured the package was added back. This was of course after they tried so shove a new cellphone down my throat. Why would I want a cellphone when you can't get the bill right for just Internet. Long story short 2 months past no changes made to the bill yet Now they say it's 300 dollars. 

This has got to be a joke. Then it's almost impossible to get a live agent. Half the time I feel like I'm talking to a bot on chat.
