promised Xfinity renewal deal not honored

When I was renewing my bill two weeks ago via online chat, In the chat I was told 42 a month and I took the deal...

and now the bill starts coming through for $50 a month after auto pay.

I don't know if this can be fixed but I figured posting here was worth a shot. Thanks
