Promised Credits not applied

I received emails in the last 30 days, confirming credits due to bad service promised by Comcast reps on phone calls, totalling $100. Only $65 was applied to the bill. And my service is still spotty, but in different ways.

To send a direct message you may need to:

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
