Promised a credit, was lied to instead
I just got done with 3+ hours on live chat. I was bounced around from agent to agent, and yes, I did quite irritated. I had removed a service that never worked and even had a chat about it a while back since it was never activated either. I was promised a credit of $35 and was provided with a confirmation number.
The service was added at the end of December and appeared on my January 20th bill.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
