Promised 1300 Mbps plan for $45.23/month not being honored – have transcript

I was promised a 1300 Mbps internet plan on June 23 for $45.23/month total, including taxes, fees, modem, unlimited data, no contract, and free Peacock. A second agent confirmed it on June 26—and I agreed.
Since then, I’ve been passed between agents who contradicted each other—saying it expired, then it would arrive, then walking it back. I have full transcripts showing exactly what was promised.
This has been confusing and unprofessional. Can someone from Xfinity Support please DM me so I can share the transcripts and resolve this?
