Promise to Pay agreement
Hi, I made a promise to pay agreement for 06/06 last night at 7:32pm CST, with an agent named Adnan over chat. I made the initial payment requested to make the agreement, but this morning my service was still interrupted. I'm currently waiting on a new debit card, so I currently can only make a payment from my bank account, which isn't available due to a returned payment on an autopay transaction, for a payment that was made before the date the autopay was set for. Please help.
I also have the chat transcripts if needed.
