Promise of payment/ screenshot proof
In the span of 24hrs I spoke with three different agents about a payment extension until June 6th. All three told me I could get an extension until June 10th, the first agent told me if I took the deal she was offering I could get an extension, while the other two promised the same until June 10th. I was promised my service would not be interrupted and this morning at 5am on June 3rd my service has been suspended. I explained to each agent that I work from home and still I was shut off after being promised my service would be ok.

Hello @Vee087. Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity forums. I'm sorry to read of the issue you are having with the payment arrangement that should have been set up on the account. I know how vital it is to have our services especially when working from home. I would love to help out and get you back online. All payment arrangements have to be set up with the Xfinity Assistant. You can also set up an installment plan with past due balances. There are times that we all need a bit of help and an extension.
