Process refund

My service was terminated April 28th and I paid for another month of service on April 26th. I was told I’d be getting a refund of $70 or so dollars and I haven’t received that. It’s been a month and I want to know when to expect my refund. 
I moved somewhere that the closest Xfinity store is 2 hours away (4 hour round trip) and I can’t reach anyone and the AI service doesn’t understand the question.
