Problems with my billing
I talked to someone last month and mentioned that my monthly bill had gone up to $385/mo. almost $100/mo. more than when we started. We changed some services and lowered the internet speed and I was told my bill would be around $300/mo. But I just paid my current bill and it was $385.95! What happened to my TV and Internet savings? We really don't need to be paying this much for channels that we don't even watch. Can someone please help us fix this before we have to start using rabbit ears?
