Pricing increase too steep after promotion ending soon

I have been an Xfinity member for almost two years and recommended Xfinity to lots of friends.

I saw in the bill today that there are promotions ending late July 2024, and my billing will increase from $40 to $96.

That increase is so steep. I would hate to switch providers. Any chance there are other promotions available?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I have the same issue, but I don't see a "Direct Message" icon on any Xfinity webpages.
