pricing increase insane

i would like to have a chat with a live person who work in this company to understand the reason of the increase of my bill in almost the double.

@user_blr51 I would recommend reviewing our How to view your Xfinity bill online for steps to find your current month's statement. Once you have that pulled up navigate to the 3rd page and you'll be able to see if you're currently on a promotion. You can review past statements on that same page in months prior to the increase to see what your promotion was and when it expired. You can also find your accounts current plan options using our plan builder
