Pricing Changes Under Contract and Wrong Confirmation

Hello, I signed a 12-month contract on March 14, 2025 and my bill has been $258.41 during the contract.  For my January 2026 bill, it went up to $270.32 with many of the discounts changed, even though I am still in contract.  I called Xfinity today and the agent quoted me a new 5-year plan and the confirmation does not match what was quoted below.

user_sgkrh6, hi there and thanks for reaching out to us here. I understand your concerns. We did have a rate change of some products. I wouldn't change your plan especially if you're in a contract with a grandfathered plan. Have you taken a review of your November/December bill statement to see the upcoming changes you've seen thus far? It's usually the last pages of your bill PDF.

There is nothing in the PDF bill stating changes.

We appreciate you for reviewing the PDF or your bill @user_sgkrh6! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team would love to take a further look! To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
