Pricing change for 1 Gig plan
I'm a student and have been using Xfinity for over a year at the same address. I had the 1 Gig student plan for $45/month and now it's become $100/month.
I was hoping you could check whether there are any student, loyalty, retention, or other promotions available for my account.
I’m also seeing an offer on my account for 2 Gig service for $70/month with a 1-year price guarantee, or $85/month for 5 years. It seems unusual that the 2 Gig plan is currently less expensive than my 1 Gig plan. Could you let me know what the best pricing available to me is for my current plan?
I'm staying in the US for another 2 years and it would be great to keep the same provider for that time.

This price increase is insane, and I can't anyone to confirm that my plan was actually changed to $65 / month for 5 years and that they are going to give me a credit for the ILLEGAL increase of $50/month that I was charged for September.
