Prices went from $200 to $260!

30% increase. Customer service told me that the price of everything is going up - As if I need a lecture in inflation.

30% is nothing less than price gouging. This is not inflation, inflation affects consumer discretionary and not specifically Communication services. They have no solid ground to bace these insane price increases.

I’ve been a customer since 2004. I’ve stuck with them even after their no heads up price increases.

I spent two hours on the phone with customer service only to go through four different scenarios which all increased my bill. That’s an increase on top of the 260.

I’m pretty sure I’m gonna switch to X1 Internet only and get rid of TV and my landline.. I had that line because I needed it for interviews.

 Shame on Comcast for not help we customers have been with them for two decades and those of us on a fixed income
